CALLING ALL BOURBON WOMEN (& Bourbon Friends)! Join Elements Eatery & Mixology for a one of a kind bourbon tasting + distiller discussion. Our sponsor, Tobacco Barn Distillery, will present their Bourbon and other locally distilled spirits to enjoy! You will taste their:
USS Constellation Rum (America’s only ship-aged rum)
Honey Flavored Rum (made with MD molasses and local honey)
Susie Dawson, Maryland’s first (legal) female Bourbon Distiller and her Assistant Distiller, Jane Sanders will present. They will discuss the “Single Batch” process of Tobacco Barn Distillery’s Bourbon, how their sustainable distillery model got them on Maryland’s Green Registry and why Whisky Advocate magazine pictured their “First Landing Bourbon” as Maryland’s Bourbon.
Culinary expert & locavore Rob Plant will complete your experience by suggesting food pairings and recommending cocktails to be prepared by his staff.
